read kindle õ Rochester Ñ Paperback ↠ tushnahram RochesterWhen I bought this book I don't know what I expected but surely it wasn't this Beware readers who are thirsty to relive Jane and Mr Rocherster's story because this is no Jane Eyre Not at all Neither the plot nor the characters are close to Charlotte Brontë's

read kindle õ Rochester Ñ Paperback ↠ tushnahram RochesterA warning to start with This is not a stand alone book as the description leads us to understand Not even 2 book logy I don't even know if this is a trilogy I have not bought the third book And I don't know if I'm going toThis is not a classical nor it follows completely and faithfully the Jane Eyre so if you are one of those who stick with veracity then I suggest you do not read this book However if you love fan fiction that is no so badly written with lots of erotic sex scenes normal ones nothing bizarre and a male POV Edward Fairfax Rochester's but not of Jane Eyre then go for it Another warning I was pleased with it because I had just read three books very hard to digest and I needed something that I didn't have to think even though there were some sexual scenes that I thought were too untraditional coming from Jane's part a bit too contemporary But who cares? In summon this is it A fan fiction that has re written the whole story as the aut

read kindle õ Rochester Ñ Paperback ↠ tushnahram RochesterI discovered after reading it that this was yet another book that began it's life as Fanfic and ended up getting published as part of a trilogy I had little hints here and there but for the most part it was written fairly well that it didn't bother meThe part I feel like the writer got right was Rochester's self loathing and internal struggle Part of the appeal of this character has always been his dark thoughtful somewhat obsessive nature And for the first part of the book it goes along swi

read kindle õ Rochester Ñ Paperback ↠ tushnahram RochesterFirst I should preface my criticism by saying this book really should be 15 stars I am adding the extra “half” rating because in spite of all the problems with this piece it is decently written and adds a few unexpectedly original twists to the classic Bronte text I won’t give them away but as an example I will say we get a much darker interpretation of Blanche Ingraham’s character Too bad the poor reader has to wade through PAGES and I’m not exaggerating AND PAGES of what I can only describe as Harleuinese drivel I know I know — some will object and point out that the author subtitles the book “A Novel Inspired by Jane Eyre” To this I say there’s a huge difference between inspiration and complete deviation from Jane Eyre The author tries to lend greater credence to her version of Bronte’s tale in her preface where she mentions the limitations Bront

read kindle õ Rochester Ñ Paperback ↠ tushnahram RochesterThe first half of the book was really great love reading through the eyes of Rochester and I think JLN does a really credible job of presenting things from his perspective The sexual component to the book is also believable from Rochester's pov but not so much from Jane's it goes uite a bit astray for me in the 2nd half The liberties that are taken with the storyline didn't bother me so much but I would've liked them to be consistent if only for Rochester's pov as well I don't think this book is for everyone but I enjoyed reading it

read kindle õ Rochester Ñ Paperback ↠ tushnahram RochesterI FINALLY finished It's not that it was difficult or even painful to read It just seemed something to sludge through My biggest complaint is that it ended so abruptly in preparation for the 2nd book in the series and it took me so long to get through the first that I don't even want to attempt the 2nd book I love Jane Eyre and this was an interesting concept to attempt Perhaps I just wasn't feeling it
